Czy kadry orzekające w VI Wydziale Cywilnym (e-Sąd) można podejrzewać o działanie na rzecz firm masowo wyłudzających gigantyczne pieniądze od obywateli – firmy „Windykacyjne”, firmy „Telekomunikacyjne”, firmy „Obwoźne” – sprzedaż obwoźna na prezentacjach w restauracjach i w hotelach i różnych wynajętych salach – garnki, kołdry, urządzenia medyczne..?

Po co powstał „specjalny” sąd ??
Czy tylko, by jedynie służyć tego typu firmom ??

Reklamowany przez władze jako – „Uproszczenie i przyspieszenie procesu, obniżenie kosztów postępowania,..” … ??

Nazywane takie postępowanie jest też jako EPU czyli Elektroniczne Postępowanie Upominawcze.

Elektroniczne Postępowanie Upominawcze obsługuje VI Wydział Cywilny Sądu Rejonowego Lublin-Zachód w Lublinie​.

VI Wydział Cywilny Sądu Rejonowego Lublin-Zachód w Lublinie​ – nie prowadzi rozpraw jak zwykły sąd. Są to tylko posiedzenia samego sędziego i protokolanta, bez udziału stron.

Strony nie mogą uczestniczyć co jest niesprawiedliwością i naruszaniem praw obywateli.

Sąd wydaje orzeczenie – tak zwany „Nakaz zapłaty” [EPU].

Zawsze na niekorzyść osoby pozwanej [!!!] czyli dłużnika lub rzekomego dłużnika [!!!]..

Według naszej wiedzy 100 % takich orzeczeń jest wydawane na niekorzyść osób pozwanych [!!!]..

Taki procent (100%) nie świadczy zbyt dobrze o tej „instytucji”.

Trudno uwierzyć w dobre intencje twórców pomysłu na taki sąd, tym bardziej, że praktycznie prowadzi on jedynie sprawy na rzecz firm uważanych powszechnie za zwykłych bezczelnych oszustów i naciągaczy [!!!]. Firmy telekomunikacyjne na nieuczciwych umowach i na oszukiwaniu klientów i naciąganiu klientów – zarabiają przy aktywnej mocno zaangażowanej pomocy tego sądu – prawdopodobnie setki milionów złotych rocznie [nadal prowadzą swoj proceder przy pomocy tego sądu]. Firmy „windykacyjne” przy aktywnej mocno zaangażowanej pomocy tego sądu – zebrały z rynku – też prawdopodobnie setki milionów złotych rocznie (w okresie swojego działania). To samo firmy „obwoźne” przy aktywnej mocno zaangażowanej pomocy tego sądu – zebrały z rynku – też prawdopodobnie setki milionów złotych rocznie (w okresie swojego działania) [te nadal prowadzą swoj proceder przy pomocy tego sądu]..

Zadajemy więc pytanie – komu ma służyć ten sąd i komu tak naprawdę służy ???
