- e-Sąd wyda (wystawi) nakaz zapłaty [wyda zaoczny wyrok] pomimo, że : należność nie istnieje, należność jest przedawniona, należność jest niedozwolona [niezgodna z przepisami], nie jesteś stroną umowy [nie zawarłeś umowy – nie zawarłaś umowy] – jeśli taki nakaz zapłaty (wyrok) się uprawomocni to sprawa trafi do komornika,
- e-Sąd wyśle nakaz zapłaty [zaoczny wyrok] na niewłaściwy adres – sąd wyśle nakaz zapłaty na : inną ulicę, inną miejscowość, inny numer domu, inny numer mieszkania, – list z sądu z nakazem zapłaty [z wyrokiem] do Ciebie nie dotrze – jeśli taki nakaz zapłaty (wyrok) się uprawomocni to sprawa trafi do komornika,..
- e-Sąd wyda (wystawi) nakaz zapłaty [wyda zaoczny wyrok] na inne imię, na inne nazwisko : wystarczy inne imię, inne nazwisko i list z sądu do Ciebie nie dotrze lub go nie odbierzesz (będziesz myśleć, że to pomyłka lub poczta nie wyda Ci listu ze względu na niezgodność tych danych) – jeśli taki nakaz zapłaty (wyrok) się uprawomocni to sprawa trafi do komornika,..
- e-Sąd wyśle nakaz zapłaty podczas gdy jesteś : na wakacjach, u rodziny, w podróży, w podróży służbowej [itp] – w takim przypadku po 14 dniach poczta zwróci przesyłkę do sądu [ale jest taka przesyłka traktowana przez polski sąd jako doręczona] – wtedy taki nakaz zapłaty (wyrok) się uprawomocni a sprawa trafi do komornika,..
