Pomimo, że od 2008 roku Polska jest zobowiązana prawem europejskim [Dyrektywa UE z 1999 roku] do traktowania podpisu elektronicznego na równi z podpisem tradycyjnym, e-Sąd w Lublinie (Sąd Rejonowy – ale działa w całej Polsce – we wszystkich sprawach w postępowanu elektronicznym – EPU) pomimo upływu już ponad 12 lat od czasu obowiązywania tego prawa – nie czuje się zobowiązany do przestrzegania tego prawa.

Co to takiego „podpis elektroniczny” ??
Podpis elektroniczny [podpis cyfrowy] służy do podpisywania wszelkiego rodzaju dokumentów w tym podpisywania dokumentów kierowanych o urzędów, sądów… Przy użyciu podpisu elektronicznego każde pismo skierowane do urzędu lub do sądu ma taki sam charakter jak pismo „papierowe”.
