e-Sąd nie chce przestrzegać prawa .. ??

e-Sąd w Lublinie ma „swoje prawo” i „swoje zasady” … ??

Pomimo, że od 2008 roku Polska jest zobowiązana prawem europejskim [Dyrektywa UE z 1999 roku] do traktowania podpisu elektronicznego na równi z podpisem tradycyjnym, e-Sąd w Lublinie (Sąd Rejonowy – ale działa w całej Polsce – we wszystkich sprawach w postępowanu elektronicznym – EPU) pomimo upływu już ponad 12 lat od czasu obowiązywania tego prawa – nie czuje się zobowiązany do przestrzegania tego prawa.

Co to takiego „podpis elektroniczny” ??
Podpis elektroniczny [podpis cyfrowy] służy do podpisywania wszelkiego rodzaju dokumentów w tym podpisywania dokumentów kierowanych o urzędów, sądów… Przy użyciu podpisu elektronicznego każde pismo skierowane do urzędu lub do sądu ma taki sam charakter jak pismo „papierowe”. Pozwala to na szybką i tanią komunikację z urzędami i z sądami [to także rozwiązanie pro ekologiczne – ma wpływ na mniejsze zużycie papieru, prądu, benzyny (nie trzeba transportować listów samochodami).. itd..].

E-Sąd w Lublinie nie czuje się zobowiązany do przestrzegania nie tylko tego prawa – bo naszym zdaniem wszelkie zasady bezstroności, rzetelności, uczciwości w tym sądzie nie obowiązują..

A są to podstawowe zasady prowadzenia spraw przez sąd..

Wątpliwości budzi nie tylko postawa sędziów tego sądu – masowe orzekanie na rzecz oszustów [firm telekomunikacyjnych, firm sprzedających emerytom „cudowne” garnki i „cudowne” kołdry po 5000 złotych – na pokazach, firm tak zwanych windykacyjnych, itp], ale też ich podstawowe umiejętności [znajomość przepisów]..

W naszej ocenie prawny analfabetyzm w połączeniu z brakiem zasad – brakiem etyki, jest możliwy tylko przy akceptacji władz : władz sądu czyli Prezesa Sądu Okręgowego w Lublinie, Prezesa Sądu Apelacyjnego w Lublinie, Premiera RP (premier odpowiada za wszystkich ministrów, wszystkie ministerstwa, wszystkie urzędy w tym wszystke sądy), Ministra Sprawiedliwości, Prokuratora Krajowego (Prokuratora Generalnego), Prezydenta RP (prezydent odpowiada za przestrzeganie praw konstytucyjnych każdego obywatela), Prezesa Prawa i Sprawiedliwości (jest to rzeczywisty szef Premiera RP i Prezydenta RP a także rzeczywsty szef wszystkich ministrów)…

Polska lubuje się w tradycji.. w swojej tradycji.. tradycji bezprawia .. !!!

  1. One thing I’d really like to say is always that before purchasing more pc memory, look into the machine within which it can be installed. If the machine is running Windows XP, for instance, a memory limit is 3.25GB. Adding in excess of this would easily constitute some sort of waste.
