  1. e-Sąd wyda (wystawi) nakaz zapłaty [wyda zaoczny wyrok] pomimo, że : należność nie istnieje, należność jest przedawniona, należność jest niedozwolona [niezgodna z przepisami], nie jesteś stroną umowy [nie zawarłeś umowy – nie zawarłaś umowy] – jeśli taki nakaz zapłaty (wyrok) się uprawomocni to sprawa trafi do komornika,
  2. e-Sąd wyśle nakaz zapłaty [zaoczny wyrok] na niewłaściwy adres – sąd wyśle nakaz zapłaty na : inną ulicę, inną miejscowość, inny numer domu, inny numer mieszkania, – list z sądu z nakazem zapłaty [z wyrokiem] do Ciebie nie dotrze – jeśli taki nakaz zapłaty (wyrok) się uprawomocni to sprawa trafi do komornika,..
