Nie możemy załadować żadnej strony, nie możemy ściągnąć poczty email – nie możemy zrobić niczego. Z taką prędkością działał internet w swoich początkach w Polsce około 20 lat temu czyli około roku 1998 -2000. Tylko strony internetowe wtedy miały po 20-100 KB a nie po 10 MB (jednorazowe załadowanie strony).
