Prędkość 0 KB/s (zero kilobitów) oczywiście nie pozwala na przesył żadnych danych a nawet prędkości łącza internetowgo w przedziale 5 KB/s-25 KB/s uniemożliwiają zrobienie czegokolwiek. Nie możemy załadować żadnej strony, nie możemy ściągnąć poczty email – nie możemy zrobić niczego. Z taką prędkością działał internet w swoich początkach w Polsce około 20 lat temu czyli około roku 1998 -2000.
